As the lead UX designer I worked closely alongside the product manager in analysing google analytics and hotter data. Following interviews with some real customers I then created some Personas and User Journey wireframes.

I  developed UX improvements resulting in significant cost and efficiency savings and led discovery and ideation workshops

My initial task was to create some User Profiles following research. By considering the Business Strategy the User Profiles were used to create some key User Journeys with well defined Call To Actions.
