As the lead UI / UX designer I worked closely alongside the product manager to develop engaging user flows and screen designs.
My initial task was to create some User Profiles following research provided by the UX Researcher. By considering the Business Strategy the User Profiles were used to create some key User Journeys with well defined Call To Actions.

The App
This is a hybrid app built using Ionic framework and available to download on both Google Play and The App Store.Working in “agile” with sprints every 2 weeks set out on Jira ticket system.
I used Android emulator and initially tested the app in “Test Flight” before release.
Daily UX whiteboard sessions along with the Product Specialist, I contributed to both UX planning and wire framing with the assistance of a UI designer.
New designs were created in Sketch and proofed to key stakeholders using Invision. Html prototypes were occasionally created to communicate detailed interactions.

In addition to designing the interface of the mobile app, I also had the pleasure of working on the UX and design of the company website. The focus here was to drive downloads from App Store and Google Play.

Following some basic Invision animated prototypes, I was asked to create an html prototype which allowed us more comprehensively experience the dynamic nature of the lifeline.
